The Palace

The building, Cà Rezzonico, brings to mind the city that has always woven a common thread through the history of Chef Darì's family: Venice. The Palace, which has belonged to the Cangrande dynasty for generations, stands majestically at the end of the dead end San Pietro Incarnario, showing the three-mullioned windows that embellish and embellish the splendid façade. A magical and unexpected place, where you can enjoy an exclusive and engaging experience.

Interiors

The interiors of the restaurant, in elegant contrast with the sobriety of the Gothic style of the building, lead guests on a journey divided into different rooms, each of which is characterized by its own identity and its own history.
The setup is one of a kind. Nothing is left to chance: from the choice of furnishing accessories, to the pattern of wallpapers, a style that is simple but only in appearance, composed instead of a thousand attentions and rigorous attention to every detail.

Sophistication and love for design coexist in every corner.

The Dehor

The garden is a living room inside the building, in the heart of Verona, where you can have lunch in a shaded and relaxing place or dine in a romantic and evocative setting, when at sunset the lights dim and the enchantment takes place. It is here that the Darì family welcomes its guests during the summer, creating a refined and intimate setting among hydrangeas, begonias and brick-colored umbrellas. A true corner of paradise brought to the restaurant, where art and food blend with the spirit of the past, a sensorial experience to remember in your travel diary. In the garden it is possible to sip noble spirits, accompanied by excellent cigars and refined chocolates.

The Kitchen

For Corinna the restaurant is an enlarged dimension of the home, hospitality is a natural predisposition of the soul. The menu includes dishes that hark back to tradition and the memories of the Chef, who blends the best gastronomic experiences with flavors and aromas of the past, reference to a port city with a history of great value. Old original recipes executed in a modern key, with innovative techniques. The menu proposals, based on meat and fish, follow seasonality and are made with selected, local ingredients, with a look beyond confine. The authenticity of the ingredients gives diners an experience of peace and well-being, also enriched by vegetarian and gluten-free options. The Chef loves to invite guests to enjoy an aperitif in the lounge and savor the scent of freshly baked bread.

The Cellar

The wine shop, the pride of the Darì Restaurant, offers a notable range of constantly evolving national and foreign references, with a constant commitment to valorising local products, the result of Giuliano's search for perfection. In the menu we find historic winemakers and small local businesses, natural productions that respect environmental sustainability. Giuliano and his staff, in synergy with the kitchen, recommend the best pairing, offering wines even without the aid of the menu. The passion and dedication cultivated day after day has led the Darì restaurant to grow and understand the importance of courtesy and respect in serving its guests. We also give the possibility of the "right to cork".
